TRANSFER GOSSIP: Everton wantaway Demarai Gray closes in on 8m move to Al-Ettifaq, Kasper Schmeich

The summer transfer window may be a thing of the past as far as Premier League clubs are concerned, but several top flight stars are still looking for new teams with Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Turkey still able to sign players.

Davinson Sanchez, Tanguy Ndombele and Eric Bailly have all sealed moves away from the Premier League since deadline day, and more out-of-favour stars will hope to follow in pursuit of more regular first team football.

Meanwhile, Saudi Arabian giants Al-Ittihad are still hotly pursuing a move for Mohamed Salah after Liverpool rejected their initial bid of £150million for the Egyptian superstar.

And there are still a handful of free agents, including Jesse Lingard and David de Gea, who have yet to find new homes.

Mail Sport takes a look at all the latest transfer gossip on Wednesday morning.
